What is the Early Bird Reservation Scheme?
This scheme allows you to reserve a property before it is released to the market, giving you peace of mind and a head start on your moving journey. Available on selected new plots to help you secure your perfect home.

Time in advance to ensure you have everything in order and are ready to move once the home you’ve always hoped for becomes available.

Everything You Need to Know

Once you’ve handpicked your desired home, reserve it for a fee of just £150. Rest assured, if you decide not to go ahead, your reservation fee is 100% refundable.

When the property becomes available and the final price is confirmed, you have first refusal. You will be given 24 hours to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the sale. If you choose to move forward, you will pay the remaining £750 fee to convert the initial reservation into fully confirmed status. Our friendly sales team will be by your side to answer your queries and support you every step of the way.
