Coronavirus (COVID 19) Update

The safety of our customers and colleagues is our first priority.

Following the government’s announcement on 23rd March we’re having to make some changes to our services in line with the guidance on protecting public health.

 Our Marketing Suite at Mulberry Park is now temporarily closed. Curo’s Sales team are now working remotely from home and we will continue to support customers via phone and email.

Completions

If you’re due to complete on a new Curo home in the next seven days, we have arrangements in place to ensure this can take place safely. Please get in touch with us if you want to discuss your options, we’re here to support you.

Defects & warranty work

Our customer care lines remain open, however over the next few weeks we will only be able to carry out emergency repairs. An emergency is a ‘sudden and unforeseen incident immediately creating risk to the health of the occupant and/or damage to the property that would make it uninhabitable, insecure or dangerous’.

How to report emergency repairs

If you need to report an emergency, are unsure if your issue fits this criteria or need any advice, please contact us via the usual way on 0345 140 5050 or email customercare@curo-group.co.uk. Our working hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on Friday.

If you need to report an emergency repair outside of working hours, please call 0345 140 5050, press 2 for Customer Care and then press 2 for ‘out of hours’. Alternatively, you can also redial 01216 731 760.

We will need to take some extra precautions when an emergency appointment takes place, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We would really appreciate your collaboration in helping to keep you and our colleagues safe by taking the following actions:

Wait in a different room while work takes place
Clean the area the operative will be working with disinfectant prior to their arrival
Allow operatives to use the kitchen or bathroom sink to wash their hands, they will be bringing their own soap
