Curo supports Connect Bath’s heartwarming Christmas celebration

Christmas is a time for togetherness, and this year, we are honoured to continue our support for Connect Bath. This wonderful local charity organises a delightful Christmas dinner to tackle loneliness and prevent social marginalisation during the holiday season.

For the past 30 years, Connect Bath has remained dedicated to its organisation's motto, "No one should feel lonely on Christmas day." The event is run by a dedicated team of enthusiastic volunteers who bring joy and companionship to those who may be alone during this festive time.

The merry celebration features a delicious feast prepared with love, raffle prizes, gifts, and home food deliveries for those unable to join in person. We are thrilled to donate 150 bags of chocolate for the dinner, gifts for the raffle, and prizes for the Christmas card design competition.

Connect Bath's Christmas card competition, the Christmas Compassion project, invites local schoolchildren to design and create handmade cards that are delivered to those in need, brightening their Christmas.

Reflecting on this heartwarming event, Jodie Winters, Curo's Sales Manager, shared Quote suggestion: "Christmas is all about compassion and connection. I truly admire the incredible work of the Connect Bath volunteers, and we are proud to support this amazing cause."

Bath holds a special place in our hearts, especially with our Mulberry Park development being warmly welcomed by this beautiful city and its community.
