Curo’s newest show homes warmly welcomed

On Saturday 19th June we officially opened the doors to our two new show homes at Eaton Park in Yatton, Somerset. The launch day went off without a hitch and the response from those who attended was phenomenal; a reflection of the high-quality homes we proudly build.

We released several new homes for sale ahead of the launch and are thrilled to say that two more homes have been secured in addition to an astonishing 18 previously sold off plan.

Despite social distancing measures, the day was a buzzing event with lots of interest from eager house-hunters. One of our highlights from the day was the feedback we received from a lovely couple who reserved a home at Eaton Park, they said “We have been looking at this development since it began getting built. We love the design and finish of the homes. The sales team have been extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to hopefully purchasing a house very soon!”

Prices at Eaton Park start at £269,995 for a two-bedroom end-of-terrace house. The three bedrooms detached Avebury house types start at £354,000 while the four-bedroom detached Clifton homes can be purchased from £459,995. All homes come with generous gardens and off-street parking.
