Help to Buy available at Mulberry Park
Following new changes to the government’s Help to Buy scheme, we’re pleased to announce that homes in Curo’s fantastic Mulberry Park still qualify. With a Help to Buy equity loan, the government will lend homebuyers up to 20% of the full cost of a newly built property. Buyers can get the keys to a new home with a deposit as low as 5%, and for the first five years won’t have to pay a single penny in interest on their equity loan.
The current Help to Buy scheme has already helped nearly 300,000 people move into their first home. Following the most recent changes to the initiative, Curo’s amazing range of one and two bedroom apartments at Mulberry Park all qualify. With prices from £270,000, these homes are available with a deposit as low as £13,5000.
The apartments at Kelston House offer an array of superb features, including high-quality integrated appliances, sleek modern design, and elevator access to all floors. Located at the end of Woodland Walk, the apartments benefit from lovely views of the development’s new parkland, and many even enjoy their own private balcony. Designed for the very best in energy efficiency, comfort, and convenience, these homes make for the perfect place to just sit back and relax.
As part of the award-winning new Mulberry Park development, Kelston House enjoys an incredible location on the southern slopes of Bath, in the ever-popular area of Combe Down. With a new primary school, nursery and state-of-the-art leisure facilities, this is one of the country’s most exciting new residential communities. Offering stunning Somerset surroundings and quick, easy access into town, Mulberry Park truly has the best of both city and country.
